Shipping policy
All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing.
Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.
PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, LIVIN’ IMAGINATION is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
If your order fails to deliver due to an insufficient address I am not responsible for reimbursement of goods/shipping charges. Please make sure to double check the shipping address you enter! If you feel you have entered the incorrect address, send me an email at info@livinimagination.com so I can update it for you. I am only able to adjust shipping addresses PRIOR to shipping your order out. If I have already shipped it out, there is nothing I can do to get it back. At this point, you'll need to file a claim with USPS or UPS.
